Key Functions:
Measure, evaluate and assess compliance factors to all rate, rule and form revisions made by regulatory and governmental agencies.
Analyze the impact of any regulation changes or legal updates on existing insurance products.
Provide state filing and market conduct oversight.
Requirements:
5
years related insurance industry experience in a compliance role.
Strong familiarity with the insurance industry and all applicable laws and regulations.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package including starting salary up to $170,000 plus bonus. Full medical, dental and vision coverage as well as optional flexible spending account. Paid time off included from start date for vacations, sick or personal days and holidays.
