Job Description
The International Tax Manager will provide clients with tax compliance, tax planning, consulting, and financial statement reporting
Responsibilities:
Monitoring international tax developments
Develop recommendations to clients to either take advantage of the changes or limit exposure
Educate clients on international tax rules and procedures and on how to make accounting, treasury and other operations more efficient and effective
Advising on tax planning and strategy development involving M&A activities, investments, borrowings, and international expansion
Assisting in developing transfer pricing structures for new initiatives and modifying existing structures for clients
Assisting with client tax filings and audits relating to international operations (Tax Compliance)
Qualifications:
7
years of experience in International Tax, preferably through a combination of large accounting firm and multi-national corporation experience
Knowledge of ASC 740 planning, preparation and review
Tax provision support
U.S. international tax laws, including Subpart F, FTC, transfer pricing
U.S. international compliance & planning
Foreign currency tax issuesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
