Our client, a multi-billion dollar NJ based bank with branches in NJ and eastern PA is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager with strong credit skills for an opportunity in its Iselin, NJ administrative office.
POSITION SUMMARY
Under general direction, this CRE position's primary responsibilities include all aspects of portfolio management as relate to assigned portfolio loans together with the cross selling of Bank products and services. Additional responsibilities will include the preparation of comprehensive Loan Offering Analyses that evaluate the prospective financing properties, incorporating complex underwriting to include cash flow analysis, project economics and valuation, guarantor analysis, market analysis and recommendation. The loan analyses include both commercial loan and commercial permanent owner occupied mortgages or commercial construction and commercial permanent mortgages. This position is considered the most experienced job in the job family.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
