MWRE, Inc, a family-owned and operated property management company, in business for over 50 years, is actively seeking an on site property superintendent to manage an apartment community in Woodbridge, NJ. The person will be responsible for managing the rental/leasing of the 52 apartment units as well as being responsible for the physical facilities which includes the building(s), apartments, garages and landscaping. The person must be able to live at the property, communicate with the corporate office and communicate well with the property residents.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a superior level of service to tenants, day-to-day operations, cleaning and maintenance requests, while promoting our advantage of being the preferred landlord in the area.
The applicant should have a minimum of 3 years direct multi-residential experience, as well as excellent interpersonal and superior maintenance skills.
This is a full-time, live-in work arrangement. Apartment included.
Must possess a current and clear driver's license.
