Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Overview:
YNV Group is seeking a senior B2B Growth Marketing Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing growth strategies that directly contribute to revenue and complement the organizations field marketing efforts.
Reporting into the Global Head of Digital Marketing, you will work closely with our sales, product and marketing teams to build and deliver digital campaigns targeting our key customer segments and buyer personas.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business to business digital marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to help develop compelling content that educates and inspires our target audience.
Act as a bridge between and a trusted advisor to the field marketing and digital teams to ensure a consistent digital strategy across the business.
Plan, integrate and manage lead generation campaigns across multiple countries and channels, including SEM, social media campaigns, supporting SEO and global lead nurturing programs in collaboration with the digital team and field marketing teams in each region.
Oversee the set up and continuous improvement of the inbound marketing plan to guarantee a progressive growth of awareness, web visits and lead conversions.
Coordinate web design improvements as part of the digital marketing team.
Define and test new projects in collaboration with the marketing team and technical areas.
Collaborate with in-house teams to create landing/ campaign pages and optimize user experience (UX) across all digital channels.
Conduct marketing research to stay up to date on industry trends and develop strategies that differentiate our brand from competitors.
Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Measure and report on the ROI of marketing investments in terms of the pipeline achieved.
Develop and manage marketing automation campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into MQLs.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related subject, with a Masters degree preferable.

years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on growth and revenue generation.
The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge and understanding of B2B and digital marketing tactics, including lead generation, content marketing, and marketing automation.
Significant experience leading and managing digital marketing activities including SEM, database growth, email marketing, social media and programmatic advertising.
You will also have strong analytical skills and a proven ability to analyze digital data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and experience of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will also be able to demonstrate experience of managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
A creative thinker with a proven ability to deliver innovative marketing strategies, together with the ability to identify target audiences and develop digital campaigns that capture intention, inform, and move audiences to take the desired action through downloads, subscriptions, shares or following.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while communicating complex ideas clearly and concisely.
The successful candidate will be professionally fluent in English and Spanish is essential, both written and verbal.
Well-versed in Google Analytics, Data Studio/ Looker Studio, HubSpot, Google/ Bing ads, LinkedIn campaign manager, Meta Business Suite, WordPress (or similar), and Ahref (or similar).
