The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, filing medical records, and providing general administrative assistance.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Assist with billing, coding, and other administrative tasks.
Prepare documents for patient visits.
Assist with medical procedures as needed.
Ensure patient confidentiality.
