Fine Jewelry Sales Associate Duties:
Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry items Educate customers on the quality, materials, and craftsmanship of various jewelry pieces Maintain knowledge of current jewelry trends and styles Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing Skills:
