Responsibilities:
ANSWERING LARGE AMOUNT OF INCOMING TROUBLESHOOTING CALLS SOLVING TECHNICAL ISSUES FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE ALL EQUIPMENT IS WORKING PROPERLY MAKE ACCURATE DECISIONS PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION Requirements:
