We are currently seeking a driven leader with experience in the property management industry to oversee and manage all operational and financial aspects of our newly acquired portfolio of communities in Central NJ.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
Brand recognition and online reputation.
Creating, and distributing approved marketing material for new prospects, existing residents and local merchants.
Work with the maintenance team on daily service calls; complete follow up to ensure resident satisfaction.
Work with the maintenance team and senior manager to ensure all apartment turnovers are completed according to company standard.
Accounts Receivable including; rent collections and processing, management of delinquency and legal filings.
Accounts Payable including, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and processing for payment.
Work with governing agencies on recertification, and compliance for any and all subsidized residents.
Meet the financial objectives of the ownership.
Compliance with Affirmative Fair Housing regulations.
Perform all other duties assigned.
Qualifications 3
years of experience as a property manager preferred Professional References Self-motivated Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Proficient in property management software, report writing, excel, and word Customer service skills and experience Job Type:
