VP Middle Market Commercial Relationship Manager

One of New Jersey's largest and most respected banks, located in the Woodbridge area, is seeking an experienced Commercial Relationship Manager with 5 or more years' experience in Middle Market lending to seek out and develop new business from new prospects and existing customers and manage all aspects of customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Identify and develop new customers and enhance existing relationships.
Prepare loan proposals, including detailed credit analyses, structuring and all documentation and present before senior management.
Increase awareness and knowledge of the bank.
Manage every aspect of the customer relationship, visiting, communicating with customers on a frequent basis, advising and assisting customers with banking and financial issues.
Cross sell all products of the bank
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, excellent credit skills, strong verbal and written skills and a record of achievement in middle market lending.
The bank offers a highly competitive compensation package including base salary and one of the best incentive plans, as well as an excellent benefits package, and a highly professional and supportive working environment in a high growth atmosphere.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
